Executive Assistant, Playa3ULL Games (Feb 2024 – Jan 2025, UAE)
During my tenure, I successfully facilitated the acquisition of UAE Golden Residency Visas for the Founders, valid for 10 years. I was responsible for managing a Free Zone company’s corporate needs, including handling employee visa applications, corporate tax registration, bookkeeping, and accounting reports. Additionally, I oversaw the management and record-keeping of the Founders’ personal sports car collection, including registration, motor insurance, and renewals.
PA to the Chairman/CEO & Client Relations Manager, Emicapital Group (Jan 2014 – Jan 2024, UAE)
I began my career as an Office Administrator, managing the office petty cash fund, maintaining accurate records of correspondence and reports, and providing clerical support. After a year, I was personally selected to serve as the Chairman/CEO’s Personal Assistant, where I managed diary and schedule coordination, correspondence, travel arrangements, event planning, and meeting preparations. My role also involved international travel with the Chairman to the UK and Switzerland, attending high-level meetings and events, including those with UHNWI clients. Over time, I was promoted to Client Relations Manager, where I catered to our exclusive clientele, including UHNWI, providing personalized assistance to meet their needs.
Executive PA to the Directors, RAK International Airport (Nov 2012 – Oct 2013 , UAE)
While directly reporting to the CEO, I was also responsible for managing the time and schedules of other Directors, ensuring they were well-prepared, on time, and equipped with the right information. Additionally, I worked closely with the Marketing Team on the company’s participation in World Routes Las Vegas 2013, collaborating on key initiatives for the event.
Procurement Assistant, Arabian International Co. (Sept 2011 – Oct 2012, UAE)
Supported the procurement department by handling tasks such as sourcing suppliers, processing purchase orders, and managing inventory. Assisted with coordinating deliveries, maintaining vendor relationships, and resolving issues related to shipments and invoices. My role here also involved documenting procurement activities, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Additionally, I was task to help track procurement expenses, and support the procurement team with various administrative duties. Overall, ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of the procurement process.
PA to the Managing Director, Union Holding Co. LLC (Sept 2009 – Aug 2011, UAE)
As a Personal Assistant to the MD, my responsibilities included managing his e-diary, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel and accommodation. This role also involved preparing correspondence, filtering emails and phone calls, and ensuring the MD is fully prepared for engagements. I was also handling reports, presentations, and conference materials, coordinates meetings and conferences, and manages petty cash and expense claims. Additionally, the role involvesd clerical duties, greeting clients and visitors, maintaining accurate records, and providing overall administrative support. A lot of his personal errands was also included in my duties which involved family travel arrangements, children’s school needs, looking after his assets/properties local and abroad.
Golf Operations Secretary, Tower Links Golf Club (Apr 2004 – Sept 2009, UAE)
I started my career in April 2004 as a Receptionist and Golf Reservation Staff before being promoted to Golf Operations Secretary, where I report directly to the Golf Director. In this role, I assisted the Golf Operations Head with all golf-related matters, including managing club, corporate, and society tournaments. I am responsible for updating tournament details on the website and clubhouse notice board. Additionally, I handled advance golf bookings, both local and overseas. Additionally, i oversee Golf Academy administration, and supervise department operations. I was managing the Golf Office, prepare for tournaments, maintain and update official files, and handle correspondence for the Golf Operations Head. My role also includes supporting the Golf Professional with membership, golf bookings, and lesson scheduling. I help ensure the office meets health and safety standards, delegate tasks to Golf Reservation staff, and coordinate with other departments such as F&B, Maintenance, and the ProShop. Furthermore, I manage staff timesheets and assist with scheduling their annual leave.
